Identify the appliance and model
Use the complete model number when possible. A photo of the model label is helpful when the printed number is difficult to read or type accurately.
Choose from frequently requested appliance brands below. The list is not exhaustive: other major household brands can also be submitted through the request form.
Start Your Repair Request
Each brand includes request examples, model information, related appliance services and details that can make the first review more useful.
The brand is useful context, but the model, appliance type and symptom are what make a repair request actionable.
Use the complete model number when possible. A photo of the model label is helpful when the printed number is difficult to read or type accurately.
Explain whether the problem involves filling, draining, spinning, heating, cooling, ignition, temperature, noise, leaks, controls or another specific behaviour.
Photos can help with stacked laundry, built-in appliances, condo closets, panel-ready units, gas connections, refrigerator clearance and other access constraints.
Select "Other / not listed" in the request form and enter the brand, model and symptoms. The brands shown here are examples, not a complete list of every brand that may be reviewed.
Gas appliance requests, refrigerator or freezer cooling-system concerns and installation questions can also be included when relevant to the appliance.
Start with the brand when model information is useful. Choose the appliance service for the repair type and the service area for local access and coverage information.
Submit the brand, appliance, location and problem online for review.
