Appliance Repair GTA does not perform the repair work

Appliance Repair GTA collects service requests and may forward request information to an independent appliance repair contractor. The website does not employ the contractor and does not supervise, manage, direct or control the contractor's physical work.

Your service relationship is with the contractor

Any diagnosis, repair recommendation, estimate, price, parts decision, appointment, work authorization, payment term, cancellation term, warranty if offered, workmanship issue or service dispute is handled directly between you and the independent contractor.

No repair-service payments are collected by this website

Appliance Repair GTA does not collect customer payment for appliance repair work performed by the independent contractor. Payment for contractor services is arranged directly with the contractor.

Availability and outcomes are not guaranteed

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment, response time, diagnosis, price, parts availability, repair outcome, warranty, serviceability or that repair is the best option for a particular appliance. Service depends on the appliance, address, model, access, parts, scheduling and the contractor's assessment.

Current service scope

Gas appliance repair and gas appliance installation are not advertised. Refrigerator and freezer cooling complaints, including start-relay and related starting-component symptoms, may be submitted for assessment. Actual compressor replacement or sealed-system work remains dependent on diagnosis, model, parts and contractor assessment and is not promised in advance.

Repair Guides are general information

Repair Guides and other educational content are general information, not an individualized diagnosis or a substitute for a qualified technical assessment. A guide may discuss a problem without implying that every repair described is available through the contractor.

Safety

Do not continue troubleshooting when there is smoke, sparking, a burning smell, exposed wiring, repeated breaker trips, severe leaking or another immediate hazard. Disconnect power only when it is safe and appropriate to do so, and seek qualified assistance or emergency help when circumstances require it.

Manufacturer relationships

Brand names and trademarks are used only to identify appliances. Appliance Repair GTA does not claim manufacturer authorization, affiliation or endorsement unless that relationship is specifically verified and stated.

Reasonable limitation

Appliance Repair GTA is responsible for operating the website and handling referral information with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is not responsible for independent contractor decisions, acts, omissions, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, warranties or service outcomes that are outside the website operator's control.
